Chalk it Up!

 Are you an artist who enjoys the social portion of art creation? Are you looking to express your creativity on a canvas created of concrete? If you like ephemeral art production, working outside and socializing with the community, consider being a chalk artist in Chalk it Up!
Chalk it Up! will take place on Friday, May 18, 2102 as part of the 6th annual Spring into the Arts art walk as a way to add to the artful environ. This will be the third year chalkers have created art during the Spring into the Arts art walk.
As a chalk artist, you are asked to submit your artistic notion before participating. There is no fee to participate and the timeline to complete your drawing is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If you are interested in participating in the 2012 event, please contact Alyssa@downtownbattlecreek.com for an application. All completed applications must be received no later than May 1.
